If passed, thys Electorate motion shall authoryze and require the government of the Empyre of Slin to randomly appoint–from among all known Slinnysh cytyzens–Justyces for the Trybunal branch of government, wythyn one month of the date thys motion is made effectyve. Thus, if thys occurs, the election of Deputies to the Assembly branch of government shall result in the grantyng of power to the appropriate wynners, as descrybed in the Slinnysh Constytution, equal to the number of appointed Justyces.
